From the starting point at the bus stop Grundbrücke, cross the wooden bridge and follow the gravel path for 500 meters to the chapel. Turn left and cross the bridge. Either follow the path straight ahead to the Lederer Herrgott and back to the bridge near the chapel or turn

From Kössen you drive in the direction of Schwendt, through the town centre until you reach the Kohlental valley. Passing the Forellenhof, follow the bus stop Grundbrücke with the parking lot Dankl. The premium hiking trail starts from there.
