THE NEW SOLO CHALLENGE
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the planned 11th edition of CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE 2020 with the ETU European Championship on June 28th. But unusual times require unusual solutions. Therefore, from June 28, 2020 to September 6, 2020, everyone has the opportunity to play their own individual CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE.
How does it work?
You register online and start your Solo Challenge whenever you like between June 28 and September 6, 2020. The swim start is as usual at Cafe See La Vie in Walchsee,

the bike route (2 laps) and the running route (4 laps) are well signposted and show you the way through the Kaiserwinkl. You can also download the gpx data for the bike and running route. In the end, the original target sheet is waiting for you and then you are the proud finisher of the Solo CHALLENGEKAISERWINKL-WALCHSEE 2020. You can of course also do all of this as a relay.

Sideevents - Challenge Women, Challenge Aquathlon, Challenge Junior & Challenge Aquabike
A dreamlike backdrop, a demanding course, thousands of enthusiastic spectators along the route, top stars from all over the world, – these are only some of the attributes that can be used to say what the event of the Challenge Kaiserwinkl-Walchsee is about.
The additional side events such as Challenge Aquathlon, Challenge Aquabike, Challenge Women and Junior Challenge, which ran from Friday to Sunday rounded off the family-friendly challenge weekend. Many of the athletes also used this event as an extension of their vacation, so the days before and after that there were still a lot of athletes and their families in the Kaiserwinkl.
We ask all Challenge participants, during the training preparations in the Kaiserwinkl, to take account of the STVO. We especially ask the cyclists during the crossings, or when driving through unclear areas to reduce the pace to prevent injury and accidents.
