Kaiserwinkl Smugglers’ Festival
Smugglers’ Festival – Experience history, savour
local specialities The Smugglers’ Festival is all about the fascinating history of smuggling and the lives of smugglers. A varied programme of performances allows visitors to step back in time and experience how smuggling used to take place along the border – from days gone by to the present day.
Our local clubs provide refreshments with regional specialities and traditional delicacies. At the gourmet market, local producers showcase their high-quality products and invite you to sample and shop.
There’s plenty for our younger guests to discover too: a colourful children’s programme featuring games, fun and a bouncy castle provides entertainment and makes the Smugglers’ Festival an experience for the whole family.
The Smugglers’ Festival combines history, regional traditions and culinary delights in a cosy atmosphere, inviting locals and visitors alike to explore, enjoy and linger.
